The poor or extreme poor who take micro credit should be also allowed to do so at bearable or nominal rate of interest. But even the interest rates charged on publicly run micro credit programmers continue to be rather oppressive for their poor receives. No great difficulty is see in the way of the government lending to the poor at much lower rates of interest because the government should not be in the business of squeezing out under interest from the poor.

Disbursing credit to the poor to make big financial gains out of the same cannot be the aim of government which claims  to be on the side of reducing poverty.
The recommended lower rates of interest on micro credit should meet both the need of viably running the official micro credit operation while also meeting the intended objectives of there programmers. The NGO’s in many cases also charge high interest on micro credits provided by them.

They also need to be persuade to significantly decrease the interest they charge and ought to base their credit operations truly for the benefit and advantage of the poor and not for only making good profits out of such operations. Not with standing the increase in opportunities for the poor to be the beneficiary of small credits from institutional sources, the remain still the victims of private money lenders of “mahajans”(money lenders) also in many cases. Studies on micro credit showed that mahajan continue to be a big factor in the micro credit scene exploiting  the gaps in institutional Availability of credits. this indicates the importance of increasing the networks of institutional credit both by the government and NGO’s .

But such expansion of networks by them needs to be accompanied also by adequate lowering of the interest charged on the credits. It is also imperative to introduce laws and enforce them strictly to curb the activities of mahajans

who in many cases take interest as high as 300% or something near that figure.

It is almost end of the winter in bangladesh as well as in asian subcontinent.Summer is knocking at the door. But it is not a blessing for this country cause the world is getting warmer day by day  because of excessive producing of carbon-dioxide in the whole world and also in bangladesh. It is a big threat for us and also for those country which are situated in coastal area.

Because of  increasing amount of population in the world and excessive use of  vehicles which are running in fuel or oil, carbon-dioxide is increasing day bay.And also the world is warming excessively. In the past year there was excessive temperature in Bangladesh.Peoples were getting so exhausted that they couldn't bear it any more. It was sweating all day long and they people's were getting tired. It was not only happening in bangladesh but also in the whole asian subcontinent.

It is the time that we get aware of the global warming.Because the world is ours and we have to think about our next generation. If we don't the world will lost in a few years that we don't expect.

Bangladesh National Cricket team has finished their world cup mission and arriving bangladesh today. It was a successful and much achieving tour for them. They played beautifully throughout the tournament and went to quarterfinal. They had gone there by beating England and Afganistan. It was also a little luck for them that they didn't have to play against Australia  for rain and it was abandoned.

Maybe they could make it through semi-final but the India vs Bangladesh match was a bad night mare for Bangladesh.Actually the match was not against India but also against ICC and the umpires because they didn't want to see bangladesh in semi-final.The world cricket's former player and fans raise voice and protested against this heinous crime. The social media and electronic media was also seen active about this crime.

But although it was a great achievement for bangladesh and it will work for them throughout the year against the upcoming series and it will be a milestone for them.

Bangladesh is one of the developing countries of the world with a growing yet small sized economy. Resource constraint has become a major impediment towards achieving our development goals in health sector among others as well. Raising the level of nutrition and improving public health is a constitutional responsibility of the state. Health sector thus remains one of the leading sectors receiving development expenditures each year in Bangladesh. Successive governments of Bangladesh have also prioritized health agenda in the election campaigns and manifesto. Despite drawbacks over the years Bangladesh has made land marking achievements in some areas of health that has been acclaimed by world community.

In 2010, the UN recognized the country for its exemplary progress towards Millennium Development Goals (MDG) 4 in child mortality and for being on-track to achieve the maternal mortality reduction goals of MDG 5. More recently, Bangladesh was praised as an example of “good health at low cost”. 31% population of Bangladesh lives below the poverty line that indicates the high dependency of a large number of people in an overwhelmingly 150 millions nation of government. But unlike many countries, still the size of government budget is smaller in comparison with the demand. Volume of public expenditure in comparison with other countries is fairy low.

However, 15% allocation of budget for health sector is apparently a far away point down on the line in future budgets of Bangladesh as there are many other sectors competing for higher budgetary allocation.

The cricket world had meet a cursed day in their cricket history. It was a shameless and one sided umpiring from Ian Gould. And india had also bought ICC for wining the match (Bangladesh vs India).

Bangladeshi batsman Mahmudullah was caught by Shekhar Dhawan but it was a visibly clear that his  foot was touching the boundary but the umpire gave that OUT and the third umpire didn't review that more than two times. What we see, like this critical situation the third umpire review this kind of things more than 4-5 times sometimes more than that.

The another most talking thing was Rohit Sharma's catch. The umpire give that NO BALL but it was like .5 inch under the waist.

This thing's give us the clear shot that ICC(International Cricket Council) became Indian Cricket Council. And we can clearly say that it was a one sided match by the umpire's and by ICC.

At last i want to say that Tigers(BD Cricket Team) we are proud of you go ahead we are always with you.
