In western countries, women wear western dresses such as shirts, jeans, skirt and other kind of their traditional dresses.

Women of the 21st century dress mostly for comfort, returning to earlier styles. The new millennium doesn't focus on any one style, but offers individuality as there isn't a certain fashion that dictates what women should follow. Hoop earrings, which had been popular in the 1980s and early 1990s, returned in popularity. Gel bracelets became the rage in 2004. Women of the first decade of the 21st century are considered more fashionable going casual rather having a formal look, with the exception of going to church, business functions and special events.

A shoe is an item of footwear intended to protect and comfort the human foot while doing various activities. Shoes are also used as an item of decoration. The design of shoes has varied enormously through time and from culture to culture, with appearance originally being tied to function.

Men have their fashion in wearing shoe. There are

a wide variety of different types of shoes. Most types of shoes are designed for specific activities. For example, boots are typically designed for work or heavy outdoor use. Athletic shoes are designed for particular sports such as running, walking, or other sports. Some shoes are designed to be worn at more formal occasions, and others are designed for casual wear. There are also a wide variety of shoes designed for different types of dancing.

Men's shoes can be categorized by how they are closed:

Oxfords (also referred as "Balmorals"): the vamp has a V-shaped slit to which the laces are attached; also known as "closed lacing". The word "Oxford" is sometimes used by American clothing companies to market shoes that are not Balmorals, such as Blüchers.

Derby shoe: the laces are tied to two pieces of leather independently attached to the vamp; also known as "open lacing" and is a step down in dressiness. If the laces are not independently attached to the vamp, the shoe is known as a blucher shoe. This name is, in American English, often used about derbys.

Monk-straps: a buckle and strap instead of lacing.
Slip-ons: There are no lacings or fastenings. The popular loafers are part of this category, as well as less popular styles, such as elastic-sided shoes.

There is a number of manufacturing companies busying in manufacturing and designing of shoes throughout the world. More popular companies are Gucci, Bruno Magli, Alden, Prada, Dolce &Gabbana, Adidas, and Asics etc.

Suit is a formal dress code for men which contains clear standards. It is a crucial element for an official person in his professional life. It is also used occasionally such as wedding ceremony, convocation and other social festival. It represents the identity of ones personality.

It has been widely used as
a formal dress code since long time ago particularly by the British. The current styles were founded in the revolution during the late 18th century that sharply changed the elaborately embroidered and jewelled formal clothing into the simpler clothing of the British Regency period, which gradually evolved to the stark formality of the Victorian era. It was in the search for more comfort that the loosening of rules gave rise in the late 19th century to the modern lounge suit.

There are many famous companies which are tailoring suits all over the world. The most popular companies are Raid & tailor, Raymond, Hugo boss, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci and etc. In Bangladesh the most famous tailoring brand is Top 10 tailor which has many branches at different corners all over the country.

Moreover the importance of suits can not be described in words. A corporate or an official person can not think his formal life without it. It’s always best to wear a business suit to a career fair. It shows one is a  professional and exudes confidence. Although one may be interested in a position at a company that he knows has a relaxed dress code, he will never be overdressed when it comes to choosing a business suit for a career fair. Wearing a business suit allows him mobility at a career fair because wearing one makes him dressed appropriately to speak to anyone.
